High thermal conductivity chrome-plated steel plate for uniform temperature distribution. Equipped with a front channel, pull-out drawer for collecting residual grease. The cooking zone is equipped with 3 armored heating elements, regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 50° to 300° C. Safety thermostat and indicator lights for correct operation.
