Equipped with a front channel, a removable drawer for collecting residual fats and a splash guard on 3 sides. The cooking zone is equipped with 3 armoured heating elements and regulated by a thermostat with a range of use from 50° to 300° C. Safety thermostat and indicator lights for correct operation.
