Electric fry top with 2/3 smooth, 1/3 ribbed chrome plate on open cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. Top in 20/10 AISI 304 stainless steel. Rear flue in enamelled cast iron. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in polished hard chrome with a mirror finish and a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by armoured Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show when heating is active. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Height-adjustable feet in stainless steel. IPX5 protection rating.
