Satin-finish cooking surface with a cold zone on the front part of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating occurs by means of armoured Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
