Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Pre-arranged for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically welded to the top. Satin-finished cooking surface with a cold zone on the front part of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is achieved by means of armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by means of thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
