Electric fry top with chrome plate on compartment with doors. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Side flue in stainless steel. Pre-set for head-to-head joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by Incoloy armoured heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show when heating is active. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations on both sides. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Hinged doors with tubular stainless steel handle.
