Electric fry top with a smooth chromed plate, top model. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Prepared for head-to-head joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm from the surface, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated with hard, polished mirror chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. Protection degree IPX4.
