Electric fry top griddle, smooth chromed top model. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is by means of armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. Protection degree IPX4.
