Pre-arranged for head-on union. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface covered in hard chrome, polished to a mirror finish with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
