Designed for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in hard polished mirror chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating by means of armoured Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
