Electric fry top with smooth chrome plate on open cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron back flue. Designed for flush-top installation. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in hard, mirror-polished chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating.
