Electric griddle, smooth chrome plate on open cabinet. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear flue in enamelled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head coupling. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating is provided by Incoloy armored heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating.
