Designed for head-to-head joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically sealed to the top. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating by means of Incoloy armored heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
