Pre-arranged for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm from the surface, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Satin-finished surface with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations on both sides. Base made entirely of stainless steel.
