Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel.
