Electric fry top, ribbed chromed plate, top model. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Prepared for head-to-head joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating occurs by means of armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by means of a thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
