Electric fry top with ribbed chrome plate, top model. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Pre-arranged for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating occurs via armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
