Predisposition for head-on union. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm from the top, inclined and hermetically welded to the top. Cooking surface coated in polished mirror-finish hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating by means of Incoloy armoured heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
