Electric fry top with ribbed chromed plate on a compartment with door. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Top in AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thick. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Pre-arranged for flush-top joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm relative to the top, tilted and hermetically sealed to the top. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating by armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation.
