Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is via armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control via thermostat. Safety thermostat. Indicator light to show heating activation. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement.
