Prepared for head-to-head joining. Cooking plate lowered 4 cm compared to the top, tilted and hermetically welded to the top. Satin cooking surface with cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating by means of armored Incoloy heating elements. Temperature control by thermostat. Safety thermostat.
