Gas griddle, 2/3 smooth plate, 1/3 ribbed chrome, on open cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Prepared for head-to-head coupling. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the work surface, hermetically sealed. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating occurs via stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap against water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
