Gas griddle hot plate, 2/3 smooth, 1/3 ribbed, chrome-plated on cabinet with doors. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear flue in enameled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm relative to the worktop, hermetically welded. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front part of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Stamped hinged doors. Ergonomic handles. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating. Gas supply, total power 14 kW.
