Gas griddle with smooth chromed plate on open cabinet with door. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear enamelled cast iron flue. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded. Cooking surface covered in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by steel burners with stabilized flame, pilot burner, and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap against water. Labyrinth control knobs to prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Moulded hinged door. Ergonomic handle. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating. Gas power supply, total power 7 kW.
