Gas fry top with smooth chromed plate on open cabinet with door. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the work surface, hermetically welded. Cooking surface coated with mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Moulded hinged door. Ergonomic handle. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX5 protection rating. Gas power supply, total power 10.5 kW.
