Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating by means of stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas supplied by thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature thermostatically controlled. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations on both sides. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Hinged doors with tubular stainless steel handle.
