Gas fry top with smooth plate, top model. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Rear chimney in enameled cast iron. Designed for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm relative to the worktop, hermetically sealed. Satin surface with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is achieved by stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a safety tap. Cooking temperature is manually controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Equipment equipped with four height-adjustable feet for countertop placement. IPX4 protection rating.
