Gas fry top with ribbed chrome plate on open cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm relative to the worktop, hermetically welded. Cooking surface coated in mirror-polished hard chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for fat drainage. Fat collection drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration during cleaning operations.
