Gas fry top with ribbed chrome-plated griddle on an open cabinet with a door. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel top, 20/10 thickness. Enameled cast iron rear flue. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Cooking plate lowered by 4 cm compared to the worktop, hermetically welded. Cooking surface coated with hard mirror-polished chrome with a cold zone on the front of the plate. Circular hole for grease drainage. Grease collection drawer. Heating is provided by stabilized flame steel burners with a pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Gas is supplied via a thermostatic valve. Cooking temperature is thermostatically controlled. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter located on the dashboard and equipped with a protective rubber cap for water. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Base made entirely of stainless steel. Molded hinged door. Ergonomic handle. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. IPX4 protection rating. Gas power supply, total power 7 kW.
