Cooking grid with "V" profiles in stainless steel. Removable drip tray for residual fat collection, to be filled with water during operation. Stainless steel burners with pilot burner with piezoelectric ignition. Gas supply via safety valve with thermocouple. No. 2 burners x 7.5 kW. - Total power 15 kW.
