Lava rock gas grill on open cabinet. Sides, bottom and back made of stainless steel. Top made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thick. Designed for head-to-head connection. Lava rock support made of AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh. Cooking grill with "V" profiles made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Below the heating elements there is a removable fat collection drawer. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease channel. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is by means of stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, pilot burner and safety thermocouple. The cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water from penetrating inside the controls during cleaning operations. Base completely made of stainless steel.
