AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh support for lava stone. Cooking grill with "V" profiles in AISI 304 stainless steel. A removable fat collection drawer is located under the heating elements. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease channel. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. The cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water penetration inside the controls during cleaning operations. Moulded hinged doors. Ergonomic handles.
