Rear and side splash guard. Extractable front channel for fat collection. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating is by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs that prevent water from entering the controls during cleaning operations. Base entirely made of stainless steel. Hinged molded door.
