Rear and side splashguard. Removable front channel for fat collection. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating is by means of stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner.
