AISI 304 stainless steel expanded mesh lava rock support. V-profile cast iron cooking grid. A removable fat collection drawer is located under the heating elements. Rear and side splashguard. Removable front grease channel. Equipped with a grid lifting system via levers to distance the grid from the brazier, operable with one hand. Heating is provided by stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration into the controls during cleaning operations.
