Rear and side splashguard. Removable front channel for fat collection. Equipped with a grill lifting system by means of levers to distance the grill from the brazier, operable with one hand. Two independent cooking zones. Heating occurs by means of stainless steel burners with stabilized flame with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. The cooking temperature is controlled by a safety tap with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition by piezoelectric igniter.
