Water gas grill on closed cabinet. Sides, bottom, and back in stainless steel. 20/10 thickness AISI 304 stainless steel top. Prepared for head-to-head connection. Reversible cast iron cooking grid. Inclined with 5mm contact elements and a channel for draining cooking fats, suitable for cooking fatty meats. Horizontal, with circular elements, suitable for cooking fish and vegetables. Rear and side splashguard. Front removable grease collection channel. Below the heating elements, there is a grease collection drawer and water containment drawer. Two independent cooking zones. Heating is via stabilized flame stainless steel burners with pilot burner and safety thermocouple. Cooking temperature is controlled by a safety valve with thermocouple and pilot burner. Ignition via piezoelectric igniter. Labyrinth control knobs prevent water penetration during cleaning operations. Appliance equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
