The set temperature is reached quickly for fast cooking. The cooking zones are activated only in direct contact with the pots and are served by an anti-overheating device. Inductive units equipped with a ventilation system for temperature disposal. Luminous indicator lights. AISI 304 stainless steel casing, 8/10 thickness.
